Amusement Parks visited across the U.S.

1. Silver Dollar City, (MO)

Visited many times starting as a child. Still my favorite amusement park. Very, very hilly though.

2. Worlds of Fun, (MO)

Visited once in 1993. I don't remember much, but I would definitely go back.

3. Six Flags, (MO)

Visited once in 1993. Didn't really like the rides, wouldn't go back.

4. Disneyland, (CA)

Yeah, it really is worth the hype. Went twice, once in 1995 and again in 1998. Will definitely go back.

5. Lake Compounce, (CT)

I went in 2000 and again in 2001. It's a pretty small park, but I would go there again just to ride the Boulder Dash. Probably my favorite roller coaster of all time.

6. Ghost Town in the Sky, (NC)

Went in 2002 and found the ride there to be very memorable. You have to take a ski lift to get there because the park in on top of a mountain. Otherwise, I don't remember much about the rides.

7. Hershey Park, (PA)

Went in 2007. Had fun, could have been more medium sized rides. Also the park isn't laid out very well, but I would go back to this one.
